Since 2015,In the Kheda District Milk Producer's Co-operative Union Limited,Anand (Amul Dairy) he serve as Director. From that day to till now he is working for the Economic development of the members of the manufacturing societies, their standard of life goes up, milk prices are getting better and higher and they are always trying to solve the problems arising out of them.

Currently Tejash Patels is Inspiring, encouraging and initiating humanitarian services to minimize, alleviate and prevent human suffering to the members of amul to help the farmers.
